Cast Acrylic Tubes — Large Diameter
Above roughly Ø200 mm, cast tube takes over from extruded — the wall is thicker, the material machines and bonds better, and diameters run up to Ø1000 mm. Cast tube is a different process from extrusion, so we supply it from vetted casting partners rather than making it ourselves. That way you can specify a whole project from one source instead of splitting the order.

Cast Acrylic Tubes is made by a different process from extrusion, so we source it from partner factories we have worked with for years rather than claiming to make it ourselves. We inspect it, stock it and ship it with your extruded order — one supplier, one shipment, one set of paperwork. If you would rather buy it direct, we will tell you so.

Frequently asked
Why cast rather than extruded at this size?
Extrusion cannot hold large diameters with a heavy wall consistently. Cast tube also machines, bonds and polishes better, which matters when the part will be cut, drilled or joined — which large cylinders usually are.
How are large diameters packed for export?
Large cylinders need crating rather than cartons. Tell us the diameter, length and destination and we will confirm how it ships.
