No tooling cost
317 Sizes We Already Have Tooling For
If your requirement matches one of these sizes, we go straight to production: no tooling cost, no tooling lead time. Material, colour, finish and cut length are still yours to specify.
Why there are no tooling drawings here
We publish sizes, not tooling. Die geometry stays inside the factory — ours and, more to the point, our customers'. If you pay for a custom die here, its section will never appear on this website or in a quotation to anyone else.
Extruded here — our own tooling
Each list gives every size we hold, with a search box. Written in millimetres. No tooling cost on any of these.

No tooling cost
The die already exists, so there is nothing to pay for or amortise on a first order.
Shorter lead time
Die cutting and trial runs drop out of the schedule entirely.
Lower risk on trials
Test your market at a smaller quantity before committing to a custom section.
Your size is not listed?
Send the dimensions anyway. A die close to your size can often be adapted, and a small change to your design frequently removes the tooling cost altogether.
